These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding commercial agreement between Pankaj Brass Industries ("Manufacturer") and the client or website user ("Customer"). Placing a Purchase Order (PO), issuing formal RFQ approvals, or accepting price quotations signifies full acceptance of these terms.
All price quotations provided by Pankaj Brass Industries remain valid for the timeframe specified in the formal quote document. Because raw materials (Copper and Zinc) are commodities traded on international metal exchanges (LME / MCX), final prices are subject to raw material metal index adjustments until formal order confirmation.
Products are manufactured according to approved customer engineering drawings, CAD models, or mutually signed specifications. Standard commercial manufacturing tolerances (ISO 2768 / DIN 7168 / ASTM standards) apply unless custom tolerances are agreed upon in writing. Pre-production sample lots can be supplied for client approval before full volume production run.
Pankaj Brass Industries maintains ISO-compliant quality inspection procedures. Mill Test Certificates (MTC), RoHS compliance declarations, and dimensional inspection reports can be provided upon request. Any claim regarding manufacturing defects or quantity discrepancies must be filed within 15 calendar days of shipment receipt, supported by official inspection reports.
Shipments are dispatched using sea freight (via Mundra Port / Kandla Port) or air freight based on Incoterms specified (FOB, CIF, EXW). Delivery schedules are estimated in good faith. Pankaj Brass Industries shall not be liable for dispatch delays caused by customs holds, maritime disruptions, or events of Force Majeure.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of site materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
These Terms & Conditions and all commercial contracts between the Customer and Pankaj Brass Industries shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
